- Unsatisfactory Performance: If, for any reason, the client is dissatisfied with the quality of work or the development process, a refund may be considered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Delivery of Agreed Services: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Technical Limitations: If the project encounters unforeseen technical limitations that hinder completion, a refund proportional to the work completed will be considered.
- Scope Changes: If the client requests substantial changes to the project scope that cannot be accommodated, a refund will be discussed based on the work completed up to that point.
2.2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.
2.3. Non-Refundable Circumstances: There are circumstances where refunds may not be applicable, such as:
- If the client fails to provide necessary materials or information in a timely manner.
- If the project is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, third-party actions, natural disasters, or client-side delays.
